While each interaction is unique, this is generally how we like to work:
Our first meeting -- getting to know each other
We come out to your property to meet you, see your space in person, and talk about what you're looking for. We'll ask a lot of questions to make sure we can develop a thoughtful plan For instance, we always ask how you plan to use your space -- for entertaining, sunning, child play, pet use, curb appeal, etc.
We take measurements and photos of your site.
At our second meeting, we'll share our design concepts, plant and material recommendations, project estimates and proposed installation dates. Many projects only need one design meeting (like a small yard or parkway project), but bigger projects might require two or three.
We do charge a design fee. It will vary with the size of the project, and we will estimate it when we first meet with you and get a sense of your space and your needs.
Approval and Installation
Installation begins shortly after you approve the design and estimate. How long installation takes varies, obviously, based on the size of the job. However, most clients are amazed at how quickly their beautiful space takes shape.
